Day 1

Arrival in Tbilisi, meeting at the airport, transfer, and accommodation at the hotel.

Day 2

Excursion to Mtskheta and Tbilisi

Breakfast in the hotel.

After breakfast, departure to Mtskheta (one of the oldest cities in Georgia).

We will visit monasteries and cathedrals, which are significant monuments of Christian architecture in Georgia. They determined the architectural style of the construction of the monasteries of the Mountainous Caucasus.

Svetitskhoveli is the cathedral patriarchal temple of the Georgian Orthodox Church, which is the main cathedral of all of Georgia. It is included in the list of World Heritage sites. At present it is considered to be one of the spiritual symbols of modern Georgia.

Monastery Samtavro - built in the 4th century by King Mirian.

Jvari - on the perfection of architectural forms is one of the masterpieces of architecture and the first in Georgia monument of World Heritage. This is the place where the Aragvi and Mtkvari rivers connect. 

We rise to the monastery of Jvari (V in), a beautiful panorama of the ancient capital opens here(in Jerusalem there is a church with the same name). According to legend, this temple was erected above the stump of cedar, exuding fragrant oil (mira), under which Saint Nino prayed.

Further transfer to Tbilisi and a city tour, during which you will visit the old Tbilisi, walk along the Bridge of Peace, and make a short journey from the past to the future, filling life with the contrast of 19th-century architectural buildings and modern Tbilisi. You will be able to climb to the Narikala fortress, from the fortress walls of which you can see a panoramic view of the city, as well as climb the cable car to the "Holy Mountain", sit at one of the tables of a panoramic café with a cup of tea, enjoying the views of old and new Tbilisi. As we say "Taste of Life".

Day 3

Excursion to Kakheti and Sighnaghi.

Breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast: excursion, to the "Homeland of Wine"-  Kakheti. Visiting the "City of Love" - Signagi (XVIII century.). The city is famous for its fortress, which is included in the list of the most famous and large fortresses of Georgia. Visit a local wine cellar where you will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient traditions of winemaking and taste homemade wine and Georgian vodka "Chacha". 

A trip to Bodbe and a visit to the ancient monastery "Saint Nino" (IX-XVIII centuries). 

Return to Tbilisi

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4

Excursion: Kazbegi. 

Journey through the Georgian Military Road. (extra charge) - 55 (1 person)

Day 5

Tbilisi – transfer Aer

Breakfast in the hotel.
