Arrival in Kutaisi International Airport.

In the afternoon, a sightseeing tour: of the Bagrati monastery, which was founded during the reign of Bagrat III. This is the main cathedral and was consecrated in honor of the Assumption of the Virgin in 1003. Monastery Motsameta is famous for its ancient belief: the monastery fulfills the wishes. The monastery and the academy of Gelati were founded by the great Georgian builder David IV. Gelati is the center of spiritual and scientific life of the Middle Ages, the burial vault of Georgian kings. Cave Sataplia (underground streams, stalactite, and stalagmite formations, traces of dinosaurs).

Day 2
Kutaisi - Mtskheta - Tbilisi

Moving to Tbilisi. On the way, we'll go to the Georgian peasant family. You will learn what is the real Georgian hospitality. Here we will taste Georgian wines and Chacha, and learn the history of grape culture and winemaking. Also, here, you will find master classes of Georgian cuisine and an incredibly tasty Georgian lunch.
Afternoon excursion to Mtskheta. The city of Mtskheta (the second Jerusalem) is the most ancient, very beautiful city in which there was a royal throne. There are a lot of old churches here. For example Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th c.). This is a holy place for every Orthodox. The chiton of Jesus Christ, in which he was crucified, is stored in this cathedral.
Further, we will rise to the monastery of Jvari (Vth c.). A beautiful panorama of the ancient capital opens from here (in Jerusalem there is a church with the same name). According to legend, this temple was erected above the stump of cedar, exuding fragrant oil (“miro”). Saint Nina prayed under it.

Day 3
Excursion: Tbilisi - Sighnaghi

After breakfast, an excursion around Tbilisi.
During the tour we will visit the old part of the city - Narikala. The fortress complex in Old Tbilisi, with a bastion where a panorama of Tbilisi opens. We will visit the Sameba Cathedral - built in our time and being the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church. Also, we will visit Metekhi (XIII century), Anchiskhati (VI century), and Sioni (XII century). We will visit the famous sulfur baths in Abanotubani. We will walk along the streets of Chardin and Leselidze with numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques and salons. You will have the opportunity to try to stop the moment and spend time with a cup of coffee or tea.
In the afternoon we will go to Kakheti. Here we visit the oldest and most beautiful "City of Love" Sighnaghi. Then we visit the ancient local wine cellar of the 17th and 18th centuries, where you will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the ancient traditions of winemaking, take part in the process and taste home wine and Georgian vodka “chacha”.
In the evening we return to Tbilisi.

Day 4
Tbilisi – Batumi
Transfer to the railway station for the Tbilisi – Batumi train: 08:00 - 12:45.

Excursion around Batumi. Here we will walk along the central part of the city and visit the museum of Adjara, the ”Argonaut” square with the statue of Medea. This place is associated with the myth and the legend of argonauts, the golden fleece. In the evening we will go to the laser show "dancing fountains". This is an unforgettable show (a multicolored stream of water rises to the sky to the sound of music). And we will also visit the giant metal monument of "Love" in Batumi. Ali and Nino slowly move towards each other until they come together. They change colors.
